By accessing or using Zamicus ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Zamicus is an AI-powered platform that generates buyer personas, marketing strategies, and actionable insights based on product information you provide. The Service includes persona generation, strategy recommendations, and PDF report exports.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zamicus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated personas, strategies, and reports are provided to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the reports to create a directly competitive service.
6. Payment, Refunds & Merchant of Record
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds: We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase as outlined in our separate Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. By completing a transaction, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, managing tax compliance, and handling customer service inquiries related to payment and returns.
7. Service Limitations
Access to the Service is subject to limitations based on your purchased plan, including, but not limited to, the maximum number of report generations permitted per purchase.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated personas or strategies will achieve specific business results. You are responsible for evaluating and using the generated content appropriately for your business needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zamicus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
